Renewed my season ticket. Got five full revision sessions done. The effect the hard work had was great.I was able to speculate that that intrusive self-destructive rumination I found so bad last year was an unconscious feeling of having to change radically. Because part of me isn't sure about changing it comes out as a negative thought.

Was having dinner in the square when S. hailed me. We had a good talk, she said she was glad of an excuse to give up the course as it was the fourth non-functional attempt she'd made to get into computers. She now conducts tests for the Psychology department and I agreed to do one. Got paid £2.
