Got 5 sessions done, as planned.

To the Crown in the evening with M and E. We had a really good conversation about E's family, the upcoming Dr Who film and wedding arrangements.

Last night read that thing I wrote on Sep.1, 1989 about how dodgy I was feeling. It's been going on 6½ years and yet there's been a steady improvement in my character and prospects. Never forget, I'm never so close to solving it as I am when I am most strongly affected by it. I must say 'Roll with it' has been my closest approach so far.
