Had a letter from Effolk; I meet the bloke for discussions at 2pm Monday. Checked trains in town, deliberately went out to spend £5 I had free (saving and never spending makes you lose sight of the goal).

Went down to the Cricketers with M and E. it's nice to feel part of something again.
