Day 1200

Lots more C++ work - on Ch. 20 now. Success too with my own 'proper Windows' app - it wasn't working yesterday because of missing capital letters. Because it was a run-time problem no compile or link errors were flagged, but nothing happened when the app ran. Sorted it now though.
