Got my hair cut, blithely avoided tips, they'll have to make do with my good wishes. Which might be more valuable. Put £20 in the building society: if everything else, including the Restart, goes well, I can order a top-notch digital multimeter/thermometer on the 18th.

Worked with Microsoft Access in the afternoon, what a struggle. Without a manual it's almost hopeless.

In the evening got to work with dBase III Plus, which proved much more tractable than Access. Interesting stuff, will repay study.
