Went round to my parents' for dinner: they said in the last 6 weeks (basically the time I've had bouts of anxiety) I have improved massively, viz making future plans.

Was obscurely pleased by the new Sunday teatime Look East - it makes Sunday seem less of a morgue.

Once again I feel I am pulling away from recent worries.
