Day 1287

Took the Giro to the building society, then caught the 11.10. Worked on the TODO prog I conceived yesterday. Started sitting on the non-smoking side of the coffee shop; it's good self-denial.

Looked up the name T mentioned in her e-mail, in Who Was Who in America. He was director at Mt. Wilson 1903-1924. Sent her the details.

Made good progress on TODO, learnt about UNIX in the process (so it counts as work). Managed to transfer the files to floppy disc to bring home.

Got the 3.35 bus, home at five. More TODO.
