Day 1298

Woke up at 7am when they came back. Talked to T till Star Trek - the 2nd ep ever - came on. Left about 1.10, engineering on the railway, home just after four. I had some of the usual anxiety on the journey but I rose above it and did quite well.

It was a good visit but there are forward moves I could make, like knocking off the diffidence a bit. All in good time.
