Listened to R4 all afternoon; documentary about epidemics, a what-if about Britain being neutral in WW1.

Nipped up to the shop for fizzy water, was a bit troubled by the old association with going out for fags but got by it with the good old 'Don't think about it for the next 3 minutes' rule (apparently any craving for anything only lasts that long).
