Day 1570

Worked on my project. Went out in the late afternoon and walked all the way along the front at Raindon and back (2.2 miles) for a change of scene. A bath, fry-up and the 'Napoleon' episode of Dad's Army and it was back to the project.

To M's afterwards. Watched Genesis of the Daleks, swapped banter and computer opinions. E was dead keen on getting me to apply for jobs.

Dramatic drop in nicotine gum consumption. Probably because it's so vile, yet still better than smoking eh?
